You will be an experienced Theatre manager or Deputy manager with NMC or HCPC registration who is looking for a more hands on role, as part of your duties will be to lead by example you will be expected to take an active role on day lists. You will be able to use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate, support and develop your team to achieve business objectives.
Duties of this role include:
*Management and organisation of care provision within the Operating Department while coordinating the management of the theatre team (clinical and admin)
*Provide appropriate clinical and managerial leadership throughout the department
*Ensure patient safety checks are carried out in line with policy
*Undertake departmental HR activities
*Develop and support business initiatives, polices and strategies to improve service delivery
*Responsible for locally leading and implementing the decontamination programme
*Establish, maintain and encourage communication of complex and challenging topics with various groups
*Achievement of the theatre budget and specific Key Performance Indicators
In return for a full time 37.5 hour work week over a flexible working rota, you will receive a competitive salary between £40-53,000 per annum (Depending on experience, have access to a market leading training and development program and a benefits package including:
