Working Pattern: Full Time (37.5 hrs)

Team24 are working with one of the largest private healthcare organisations in the UK. The hospital in Northwood is a 42 bedded acute care unit, built within the grounds of an NHS Trust, working in partnership with the NHS. The specialist facilities available at the NHS Trust, combined with the latest in technology and on-site support services, enable our clients consultants to undertake a wide range of procedures from routine investigations to complex surgery. The hospital in Harrow provides services to adults and children from 16 years of age and has 141 beds. The hospital has five theatres, an endoscopy suite, a Level 3 Intensive Care unit and a walk-in Urgent Care Centre.

Team24 are supporting this client to find a Specialist Nurse (Breast Care) for their growing Women's Health Unit for one of their hospitals in Northwood & Harrow, Middlesex.

You will be responsible for supporting the team to deliver care that helps improve the health of the individual and wider community and support the team in demonstrating compassion through effective relationships based on empathy, respect and dignity. You will also develop own competence to deliver effective care and treatments through improving clinical/technical knowledge/skill, and expertise. Communicate appropriately with others involved in the care of the patient and act as an advocate for safeguarding patients; demonstrate courage to speak up when there are concerns about care.
