- Team24 Will "Flourish" Under The Capita Group, Says Robert Stiff -

Following The Capita Group Plc's acquisition of specialist healthcare recruitment firm Team24 Limited for £24 million*, the founder and managing director of Team24, entrepreneur Robert Stiff, said that he was excited for the company's future.

Based in Banstead, Surrey, Team24 provides nurses and doctors at short notice for a wide range of temporary placements across the NHS and the private sector.

"The sale of Team24 is a massive moment for me personally and for the company as a whole," said Stiff.

"In one way, it feels as if I have sold the family silver and the sale is of course tinged with some emotion. But it is offset by the fact that I have secured the company's future and I am very proud and delighted that Team24 is now part of the Capita Group.

"Indeed, it is a very exciting time. Capita Group's expertise, not only in recruitment, but across a range of services which it provides to the NHS and wider healthcare market, means that Team24 will surely flourish and grow at an accelerated rate."

After creating Team24 from scratch in 2005, Robert quickly developed it in to an award winning company with a turnover of more than £32 million. He will remain as the company's Managing Director.
