- Robert Stiff's Team24 nominated for yet another prestigious Industry Award -
Yet another award nomination has come the way of Banstead-based family run healthcare recruitment firm Team24.
The firm has now been shortlisted for The Technology and Innovation Award at this year’s Growing Business Awards.
It is the second consecutive year that Team24 has been a finalist for this particular award and cements Robert Stiff’s growing reputation as one of the most innovative company directors in the UK.
His phenomenally successful Galago project – a single data warehouse which houses every candidate’s records and has enabled the business to be more profitable, efficient and nimble – was the foundation for this award.
Galago was created when Team24 radically redesigned its recruitment and sales processes and supporting IT system. This system is not only leading-edge, but has changed and streamlined the whole practicality of the business.
This latest selection adds to their nominations for the prestigious UK IT Industry Awards and the National Business Awards.
Robert Stiff, said:

"We are now in a wonderful position where we have been nominated for three enormous awards and will find out if we have won any in the next few weeks. Indeed we have two award ceremonies in one night so it could be a really great evening - although I haven’t quite worked out how I will be in two places at once!”
