A Consultant’s Summer Holiday

September 12

September 12, 2008

Whilst most people in the office have gone on holiday to sunny, warm places this year – one of our consultants, James Cooke has decided to spend 2 weeks in the UK getting very wet and cold.

Why does he want to leave the comfort of the office to suffer what is predicted to be the wettest, windiest period the UK has known for decades? It is to raise funds for the Save The Baby charity.

James and his friend, also called James, have decided to take up the challenge of riding by bike from the bottom of England to the top of Scotland. They will start the classic Lejog bike ride from Lands End to John O’Groats on 12th September.

They aim to average 100 miles a day to complete the 1000 ride. We will be following their progress from the warmth of the office through their Lejog blog and photo album on their website.

We wish them both the best of luck and hope they raise the £1000 they are aiming for.

You can sponsor the two James on their Just Giving page.
