We always aim to provide our clients with first class Doctors/Nurses and our Doctors/Nurses with first class opportunities.
If you are interested in using Team24 for Locum Doctors or Nurses then please follow the steps below:-
- Phone us on 0845 370 2424 and talk through your requirements with one of our experienced consultants.
- Discuss your available budget and negotiate the charge that Team24 will make for the Doctor/Nurse.
- Agree in advance any additional sundry costs that you would be prepared to cover and the amounts.
- Team24 will confirm back in writing to you the booking and the total charge rate to be made.
- In addition, Team24 will provide you with all the mandatory information on the Doctors and a skills checklist on the Nurse that is going to complete the placement.
- If you are happy with the booking confirmation then all you need to do is sign and return the confirmation to secure the services of the Doctor or Nurse.
Cancellation Policy
Clients' conditions may change from time to time and we aim to provide a flexible, well-resourced service which can adapt to meet your circumstances. We request that 24 hours notice is given for any cancellation. However we appreciate there are situations where clinical necessity means that you are unable to provide that level of notice. In all circumstances, please phone one of our consultants to inform us of the cancellation.

Return/Refund Policy
Team24 will refund all monies (held on account) following the cancellation of cover as per the Terms and Conditions, less the cost of any services provided. Payment will be made within 24 hours of request less any associated admin fees.
Privacy Policy Regarding Your Credit Card Details
The following forms part of our comprehensive privacy policy.
At Team24 we use a third party credit/Debit card processor (Pay Pal) we work in accordance with their terms, conditions and various privacy policies. At Team24 we will keep for the duration of our business transactions and open account the following: Company Name, Trading status including reference numbers, contact names, addresses, billing addresses, email addresses, VAT Registration numbers personal notes kept about the status of your account. We will not store any credit card information.
We will use Pay Pals Virtual terminal to in put your credit/Debit card information and this will be stored on the servers in connection with their Privacy Policy to aid with completing the transaction and also any claims associated with fraud. Once a transaction has taken place we will not store your information on our system(s) for future use. Every time you use our card payment services we will ask you to provide your card details again. We will not share your information within anyone accept for the Paypal Virtual Terminal service to process your information.
