Practice Nurse

We are looking to appoint an experienced nurse an East London Medical Centre. This is an exciting opportunity as we’re looking to improve existing services and introduce new services for our 10 500 patients. We will also be improving patient access through longer opening hours and through the introduction of a walk-in–service
You will be responsible for the delivery of general practice nursing services to the practice population. You will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures.
You will be a registered first level nurse. A community nursing specialist qualification or equivalent would be desirable. You must possess a minimum of 3 years post registration and at least 2 years recent primary care experience. Specialist post registration training in a long term condition essential.
