Home Manager

Job Role:
To manage and take full responsibility for ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to residents at all times, ensuring the operational efficiency of the home, and its employees.
To implement all the detailed nursing and operational policies and procedures of the Company and act as a senior representative on behalf of the Company when required to do so.
My client are looking for someone who is an experience Registered Care Home Manager, who has experience of managing a learning disability home with challenging behaviours. You will have fantastic communication and leadership skills.
The home is a 17 Bed home
Qualifications & Experience:
• RNLD
• NVQ4 an advantage but not essential
• Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a senior manager position
• Ability to manage a team effectively
• Good Time management
Salary is £28.615.00 per annum + bonus incentive scheme
