We have a Head of Care role in 1 of our established facilities, looking for Team players who can provide leadership, direction and supervision to all clinical and support staff, ensuring all social and health needs of the Clients are met.

This is a key position for a professional & driven Staff Nurse to work closely with the Manager building on the success of this unit. Essentially you should have excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills.

You will need to be flexible and adaptable, having the confidence to make decisions and manage the unit in the absence of the Hospital Manager. Effectively manage client care ensuring input from all aspects of the staff group.
Motivate staff and build teams. Promote your hospital and maintain and develop the reputation of Cambian Healthcare.

A hands on approach is required ensuring the best possible care is provided to our clients.
