Sister - Inpatient Ward

My Client requires a Sister on their inpatient ward to provide clinical management of the ward areas continuously and to deputise for the Ward Manager in his/her absence.
You will be responsible for a team of staff including Qualified Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Ancillary Staff. You will also be respionsible for the nursing team in the absence of the Ward Manager.
You will have to have two years experience at Grade 'E' or equivalent in Acute Medical and Surgical. HDU/ITU experience desirable. Experience leading a team as well as appraisals and staff development.
