District Nurse - Temp Contract 6-12 Months

We are currently looking for an experienced District Nurse to help with Continuing Health Assessments across the Nottinghamshire full time for a 6 – 12 month contract.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in the community and NHS.
Ability to work on your own
