My client is currently recruiting for a Head of Care for their Residential Home that caters for 20 elderly residents, some with dementia. The home is situated Coventry and knowledge of the local area is an advantage. 

The successful candidate is someone who has the Registered Managers Award / NVQ 4 and previous experience of running an Elderly Residential Home.  The Ideal person will have an in depth understanding of CSCI regulations.

In return for this the successful candidate will recieve a salary between £20000-£24000 pa dependent upon experience/qualifications.
