Robert Stiff - Managing Director

As founder and Managing Director of Team24, Robert is an inspirational leader with a flair for motivating individuals and teams to succeed.

Recent examples of this success include topping the Hot 100 Net Fee Income companies in Recruiter Magazine 2010 and ranking at No.15 in The Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 Awards 2010.

Born and brought up in Zimbabwe by English parents, he moved to England 33 years ago and enrolled in the British Army, where he served for seven years.

Following this success he set himself a new challenge by creating Team24 in 2005 and the company began by supplying locum doctors, and then nurses as well as branching out in to the private healthcare market.

Some of the awards and nominations Robert has won whilst at the helm of Team24 include: winner of Fast Growth Business Awards’ Family Business of the Year, twice finalist of Growing Business Innovation/Technology Award, CBI finalist in best use of Technology, CBI finalist Business of the Year, National Business Awards finalist for Growth Strategy of the Year, BCS & Computing UK IT Industry Awards finalist for Small Business Project of the Year and Recruitment International finalists.

He is a regular speaker at various national business seminars across the UK, where he proffers advice and tips on how to run profitable commercial entities.
