Michael Pickard - Director of Sales

London born Mike joined Team24 as the Director of Sales in 2008.

Mike's role involves working closely with Team24's corporate clients to find solutions to their healthcare requirements as well as motivating and coaching the Team24 sales teams.

Mike has over 25 years of corporate experience, having worked in financial services and private banking before diversifying his considerable skills into recruitment. Mike has consistently performed at the highest of levels - receiving many accolades for his work along the way.

In his spare time, Mike is a Justice of the Peace. As a keen sportsman himself Mike continues to show an interest in football and boxing.

Mike is married to Beverly and he has two grown up children, one of which works at Team24.
